• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand the Scope of Work.
• Use construction drawings and specifications to calculate quantities of materials and determine project requirements.

• Identify any discrepancies or issues and address them in a timely manner.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance estimating skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to understand project requirements and create a comprehensive plan for construction activities. Coordinate with various teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the plan.
• Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or deviations.
• Efficiently manage resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project progress and meet deadlines. Plan and coordinate the delivery of construction materials to ensure availability as per project requirements.
• Apply knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards to evaluate design drawings and specifications. Provide technical guidance and solutions to address design issues or modifications during construction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings. Prepare and submit regular reports to project managers, highlighting project status, challenges, and recommended solutions.
