1) Participate in all phases of Projects including Planning Budgets, Monitoring Costs, Developing Action Plans, Forecasting Project Requirements, Analyzing Variances, Determining System Improvements, Initiating Corrective Actions and Completing Audits.
2) Participating in Project Review Meetings for Evaluating Project Progress & De-bottlenecking. Executing Cost Saving Measures and Modifications to Achieve Suitable Reduction in Installation Expenditures.
3) Preparing/ Review/ Update Project Schedule (L1, L2 & L3) on Primavera P6 with WBS, Activities and Milestones, Resource Allocation, Run Primavera Project Planner Reports and Analysis, Update Schedules when Required, Analyze and Mitigate Schedules for Impacts, Prepare Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedules as Required, Preparing Manpower Histograms, Bar Charts, Cash Flow, S-Curve Critical Indicators.
4) Anchoring On-site Activities to Ensure Completion of Project within the Time & Cost Parameters and Effective Resource Utilization to Maximize the output, Design all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to Standardize Daily Operations.
5) Preparation of Billing Schedules / Cash Flow Reports. Ensure Billing & Cash Flow as per plan for the projects.
6) Ensure adherence of project schedules and report delays & corrective actions.

4) Spearheading discussion with Client for resolution of issues relating to engineering documents and approval of additional vendor(s).
5) Revision of Billing Break-up for Supply and Site Services, after preparation of detailed engineering documents and getting the approval of the same from the Client.
6) Co-ordination with all functional departments like Design, Quality, Commercial, Logistic for various requirements of the project, in order to ensure smooth execution of the project.
7) Co-ordination with Clients, Vendors / Contractors on present activities to ensure smooth execution.
8) Raising Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP and coordination with procurement team for timely release of purchase order(s) for bought-out items.
9) Responsible for completing material inspection at our Works, sub-supplier’s Works and after successful inspection, dispatch to the site along with completing all dispatch formalities such as obtaining dispatch clearance from client.
10) Responsible for making monthly progress report for Management and Client information. And also, responsible for making rolling plan for the budget, resources and other constraints needed to accomplish the project.
