Job Role: Projects Manager
• Prepare TOR.
• Review and approve tenders and contract documents (BOQ, specs, LOA, Agreements & drawings).
• Review and Approve design & shop drawings.
• Finalize the Provisional Sum & P.C. rates items.
• Monitor the work progress as per the approved programs.
• Finalize the variations and delay analysis.
• Qualify of contractors & consultants as per the organization criteria’s.
• Maintain the procedures of the organization.
• Reply the enquiries of the internal and internal auditors.
• Solve the disputes between the consultants and the contractors.
• Prepare the memos for the committees approvals.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding their requirements in the projects(Operation, IT, Admin affairs, Finance, Media …etc).
Projects: Construction & completion of below listed projects:
• Construction, Completion of B+G+1+R Hypermarket, at AL Nahda 2 For UNION COOP. Dubai / 2023.
Cost : AED 55 million.
• Construction, Completion of G+1 Hypermarket And Showrooms for UNION COOP, NAD AL Hamar, Dubai UAE/ 2022.
Cost : AED 57 million.
• Construction, Completion of 2B+0+1+R Mall / Al Warqaa 3rd For UNION COOP, Dubai .
Cost: AED 230 million/ 2021.
• Construction of Shopping Center for UNION COOP / Jumeira 1st For UNION COOP, Dubai
Cost : AED 41 million.

Job Role: Resident Engineer
• Review and Approve the contractors work programs, organization charts & and technical submittals.
• Finalize the Provisional Sum & P.C. rates items.
• Monitor the site work progress as per the approved programs.
• Maintain quality control, check the structure elements and finishes work.
• supervise and coordinate with other engineers from other streams such as MEP, Landscape…etc.
• Coordinate with the client and contractor.
• Check and certify the contractor interims and other bills, evaluate and approve the contractor variations.

• Albayan newspaper building & Emirates glass factory.
• American school (Precast)
