Achievements I have created processes for bringing new customers on board, encompassing registration, verification, and account activation. My experience spans both B2B and B2C clients, involving the verification of KYC and CYB elements. I have also been involved in post-verification workflows. Additionally, I have worked on backoffice administration procedures for our clients, including the customization of our services. I have undergone training in Domain Driven Design and I am currently focused on becoming a domain expert, as well as enhancing my skills in storytelling and design restructuring.

• Understanding the Cardano blockchain platform and roadmaps and partnering on requirement gathering with a Project Manager

Achievements

We developed a blockchain-based self-sovereign identification solution for the Ethiopian Ministry of Education that enables students to own their educational data and share their credentials with anyone they wish. I also implemented a product readiness checklist for internal IO products (Lace Digital Wallet, Sidechain for Cardano blockchain, Project catalyst- an innovation engine, DiFi projects, Self-Sovereign identity - Atala Prism...) in order to identify which internal IO products are ready for commercialization and to help employees in IO become knowledgeable specialists in selling products wisely. As a BA in the commercial division, I collaborated with the product team to create sales toolkits and go-to-market presentations to help the commercial team draw in partners.

Achievements

We launched three projects, one of which is MFR for the Ministry of Health. It keeps track of every medical facility in Ethiopia. The other, known as i- License, is for the Ethiopian Food and Medicine Authority. Creating certificates of competency for import, export, and manufacturing facilities is the purpose of this. Ive also worked on Dagu which is the largest logistics management system for Ethiopian healthcare facilities, which keeps track of pharmaceutical and medical equipment from the instant it is purchased and kept until it is supplied to patients and facilities. The most important ability I acquired would be how to collaborate with many individuals and dynamically changing requirements. Additionally, Ive improved my ability to organize and prioritize my work.

EQOS Global is Ethiopias first foreign-owned business process outsourcing company which provides remote outsourced services to clients all over the world. The Company specializes in providing data entry services and digitalization.

Achievements

Working at Ethiojobs has helped me develop abilities in teamwork, effective communication, customer relationship management, recruiting, and time management for juggling several duties. I also acquired bargaining and headhunting skills.

Good negotiation skills, marketing knowledge, logistical strategies, the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients, good communication skills, organizational and multitasking skills, and most importantly, the ability to keep up with dynamic changes in the companys working structure, are the skills that I have developed while working at Kaymu.
