Working on demand basis as a free lancer BIM modeller with a diversity of highly noted Construction and Consultaion firms in Lattakia and Tartous, on the subject of building information modelling, Creating BIM models using Revit ( STR.ARCH.MEP ) to deliver a comprehensive complete model of the desired project for the owners.

- Designed and Created a BIM model for a residential, recreational, and public Buildings
- Planned and Scheduled the Model's Construction-operations (WBS planning )
- Surveyed the model's materials' Quantities
- Managed the estimated cost of the project
- Drafting Cad and Revit Designs and shop-drawings
- Creating estimations and B.O.Q for new projects
- Suggesting Maintenance solutions for public buildings
- Installing and maintaining the water and sewage network in the city includes preparing the designated studies.

I attend this as a part time job during my education, where I was first introduced the site work where I was working under the supervision of the resident engineer and my responsibilities included :
- Supervising work on site
- creating daily reports and estimations for the work done
- Technical reports for the management
Bachelor in Civil engineering, Construction management major. During my studies I've became close to the principles of managing construction contracts, operations, and site work, planning the project's cost, labor and time schedule, finding solutions for the problems that might confront the plan schedule. Also the basics of quality control and total quality management, along with the principles of decision making in construction projects.
