I was working as a freelancer in this travel agency, I used to get the clients for them from the United Arab Emirates. I was like the linkage between the client and the agency.
My job was to check what the clients want (tickets, hotels, places, transportation) and manage it with the travel agency in Turkey.
I've spent 6 weeks in this bank, and rotated between Financing, Customer service & the Help desk. I had to greet the clients, answer their questions, transfer phone calls, fill in some documents, giving out ATM cards & cheque book and helping the employees with their work.
I've graduated with a cumulative average of 3.71 & rating Excellent. I've been on the Dean's list for the whole 4 years of my education. I had my internship in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Al-Ain (ladies branch).
