• Creates templates which will be used for business developments and other related issues that need to be circulated to designated people in the business.
• Creates database that logs all details of clients, prospective clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, etc.
• Receives delivery by checking invoices and quantity.
• Prepare worksheet for payables to supplier, contractor and landlord.

HR Job Responsibilities:

• Short lists applicants.
• Call applicants and interview over the phone and set schedule for personal interview.
• Create new employee files and file employee’s documents.
• Arrange pay slips for the whole group for employees signature.
• Assist accounts on the information of each employee needed during payroll.
• Follow up to PRO for the visas on process and update director for it.
• Update / input employee details in our HR software.
• Arrange travel booking for new employees on board.
• Assist PRO in documentation needed for visa processing.
• Prepare salary certificate, NOC’s and other letters as per employee request if HR Manager is not available to do so.
• Managing requests for staff accommodation and new vehicle needed for each division.
• Assists staff problems and coordinate with HR Manager.
• Monitor staff daily attendance, monthly lateness and email it to directors.
• Send monthly report to all directors.
