Operation Executive role, working as a support in a sales team maintain and monitoring the accuracy of stocks in and out of the department and documentation.
Responsibilities
• Raising of Transfer Order from warehouse to showroom vice versa
• Checking of stocks availability, Liaise with other department Logistics & Finance.
• Receiving of stocks into the Microsoft AX system & Navision, PO & DO receiving, stock variances, Invoicing, checking of SO payment.
• Generating of Reports - Staff weekly & monthly sale/Delivery summary
• Control & Issues of staff uniforms/name tag/stationery/name cards
• Control and record of furniture vouchers
• Submission of commissions and product incentives
• Printing of Price Tickets and bar code for selling floor
• Training of Staffs on AX selling process
• Monitoring of staffs schedule & attendance into the TMS and Approval.
• Ad Hoc assigned by HOD
• Perform administrative duties, such as data entry into the maintenance management system, handling emails, faxes, etc.
• Handles incoming telephone enquiries/feedback from customers and members of the public.
• Escalate cases to the respective personnel-in-charge
• To ensure minimum drop calls, prompt response and closure of each.
• To record all events and actions taken in a clear, eligible and accurate written format. To provide an efficient and courteous telephone answering service and deal will all enquiries.
• To report equipment failure to the Patrol Officer or site supervisor to maximize operation of the system
• To maintain and secure the information required by Housing Development Board (HDB) for smooth operations and to assist the monitoring of CCTV system and other security system to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided.
• To do monthly report as assigned by Manager.
Responsibilities
• Continually develops and maintains work knowledge of internal policies, procedures and products.
• Answers enquiries from guests through telephone or email and communicates and response effectively.
• Utilizes automated systems to log and retrieve information.
• Processes customer requests including bill payments, special handling and problem resolution.
• Investigates and resolves or reports customer problems. Identifies and escalates difficult customer situations to the appropriate party.
• Prepares follow-up letters to the guests.
• Work with suppliers and internal department on service recovery.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
Responsibilities
• Receives and response to customer's inquiries/complaints through phone, specifically to take orders, give free information and provide customer’s support.
• Answers inbound product inquiries/follow-ups with the aid of the standard procedures. Using a computerized data entry, take down product orders or gather information needed to deliver product brochures/promotion materials or elicit qualified leads for follow-up.
• Clarifies/confirms products being ordered or services being availed (e.g., Cookbook and DVD collections.) being ordered. Outbound calls.
• Promote alternative products (minimal selling) within the range specified in the standard screens.
• Asks for credit card number to establish mode of payment. Handles customer service concerns or otherwise refers them to customer service support/ web site of Client Company.
