Job Responsibilities:
•Oversee Samsonite & American Tourister brand e-com store's performance and coordinate a business of approximately KD 700 thousand.
•Coordinate with the brand, and manage product listings, that include, accurate descriptions, images, pricing, etc.
•Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areasfor improvement.
•Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience on our platforms.
•Coordinate with relevant teams to manage inventory levels, ensure products are adequately stocked and available for sale.
•Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, highlighting key metrics andinsights to stakeholders.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, IT, and customer support toalign e-commerce strategies and goals.
•Continuously improve the overall online shopping experience by testing new features, layouts, and functionalities.
•Manage product descriptions, images, videos, and other content to enhanceproduct presentations.
•Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving anydelivery-related issues.
•Analyze delivery performance metrics and generate reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
