Job Description To start, maintain and prepare documentation from the Renewal files from A to Z, including preparing the claims data, calculating the Loss Ratio and Experience rating, and sending the Renewal Note to the client at the appropriate renewal time for all MEDGULF KSA branches.
To receive and address all changes and revisions from all MEDGULF KSA clients and agents, including negotiating the rate increase, required agent commission and adding classes to the policy until a firm order has been obtained from the client
Responsibilities • To prepare and calculate the Loss Ratio Result for each client by generating reports from the IMS and MCA systems and combining them for the result.
• To generate the Claims experience for the clients so as to assess suitable terms, conditions and rates.
• To prepare the quotation and Renewal Notice for the renewal clients and forwarding it to them.
• To receive and address all changes, additions and revisions from the clients, agents and brokers for a renewal policy, including negotiating the rate increases with the clients until agreement is reached.
• To transfer accounts from agents to other agents, when appropriate.
• To receive Firm order by preparing the final terms and rates agreed with the client and sending it to Policy Admin
Gathers and prepares preliminary motor and medical analysis based on information from historical claims utilization data.
Develops/prepares reports and assists in the development of new/revised policies and guidelines based on utilization for vehicles & clinical trends.
Provide support to rate development through timely and accurate motor and medical analysis to ascertain future risks and support the underwriting and risk management decision.
Provide motor and medical consultation for the products.
Assist and provide motor and medical analysis and studies of products.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
