Responsible for operations
 Follow the Standard operating procedure
 Maintain the feed parameters
 Daily check the chemical level and chemical consumption,
 Instruction to Operators for cleaning procedure.
 Preparation MSDS for all chemicals
 Having some knowledge about ISO and quality of product
 Maintaining of corrective & preventive action plans for the machineries
 Calibration of both lab and field instruments like pH, DO, meter and conductivity meters to
ensure the optimization process.
 Monitoring of operation of the system as per statuary Requirements.
 Trouble shooting field process and operation
 Making daily, Weekly and Monthly operation reports (Saxon) like influent flow, chemical
consumption, laboratory report, effluent discharge and sludge disposing process
 Preparing tenders (Technical & Financial) documents
