Reporting to the Finance Director and Owner I have the responsibility for all the finance transactions, closing and audit management. Alongside ensuring the efficient running of the Administration departments.
Key Achievements:
• Lead in the implementation of a new manufacturing-based ERP system (SAP). This has ensured precise costing, implementation of process & procedures and financial accuracy.
• Developed a team of three accountants to enable us a Department to complete all activities and responsibilities.
