•Support Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal stakeholders on all matters in relation to business development. •More responsibility in dealing and communicating with clients. To handle and fulfill their requests through emails, phone calls and face to face. •When the Relationship Manager is away, to answer clients requests and handle problems in his/her jurisdiction while keeping the RM posted. •Attend client meetings with RMs for account openings and business opportunities. •Know Your Client (KYC) process management for on-boarding and periodic reviews. •Liaise with clients to obtain all required legal/administrative documents, financials and information for account opening, KYC reviews or credit annual reviews. •Support RMs in the management of compliance requirements, credit annual reviews and facilities documentation. •Responding to daily/weekly excess reports and daily exceptional reports. Take necessary action to cover excesses in clients’ accounts. •Credit administrative tasks. •To ensure creation and proper filing of the marketing files.
•Advertised and selected children and teenagers for the KNPC Kids Camp.
