• Provide legal services/advise and resolves legal matters related to the business;
• Negotiate contracts with customers and business partners on behalf of the company;
• Review and draft contracts, POA and agreements to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements;
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken;
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance;
• Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assesses legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention;
• Prepare, review, and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
Drafting legal documents;
• Drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements (building construction, sales, supply, agency, distribution, franchising, commercial lease, warehousing and logistics agreements, general terms and conditions (B2B and B2C);
• Assistance in negotiating and drafting of settlement agreements;
• Execution and termination of distribution and supply agreements;
• Assistance in representation in litigation proceedings, international arbitration proceedings and enforcement proceedings regarding court orders and arbitration awards;
• Administering training workshops.
Achievements:
I have doubled the company's revenue from legal services, optimized lawyers’ working time (cut a third) and held 2 large legal conferences.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of legal, labor and administrative affairs;
• Legal expertise of international contracts, legal support for entrepreneurs;
• Prevention of legal risks, preparation of documents (letters, orders, contracts).

I have received all necessary consent documents and approvals for large construction project, won 2 legal cases in court.

• Work with the stock list, archive and budget of the department.
Achievements: Within 7 years I have worked my way from a junior lawyer to the manager supervising the lawyers of 22 Bank branches, I have been recognized as the “A” Employee of 2009, I have been involved as an expert in development of 3 new banking products.

• Legal support for loan projects, expert advice on mortgage documents
• Development of financing models, standard forms of contracts / agreements;
• Legal support to develop new banking products;
• Opening and closing of the Bank's branches;
• Compliance checks of contracts, general agreements, international contracts, internal documents of the Bank; constituent documents of clients;
• Legal checks of mortgage documents, documents for leasing, norm-setting activities;
• Legal audits of the Bank's branches.
Achievements: for high efficiency and speed of work I have been appointed to be responsible for the most urgent projects, I have reduced twice the complaints of customers for the speed of responding to their requests
