JOB DESCRIPTONS:
• Geotechnical and technical support Group"s strategic project on underground and open pit mines in Russia, Brazil, Kazakhstan;
• Providing IPR of Project; (Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility…)
• Inspection, audit and review all objects in Group for improving ground conditions and safety standarts in accodance the best international World practice;
• Geotechnical manage medium to large projects and tasks;
• Manage geotechnical and geological analyses, manage staff and supporting sub consultants, conduct research, perform preliminary geological reconnaissance, geotechnical and geological studies, review testing results, and develop design
recommendations
• Lead and manage geotechnical designs for surface and underground structures;
• Coordinate construction quality control services, conduct periodic site visits, and review;
• Designing, contracting and supervising ground investigations. Interpreting ground investigation results;
• Geotechnical Risk assessment and management;
• Introductions new technology for improving ground conditions, ground support technology, modelling and simulation;
• Developing Tailings Damp management plans in accordance GISTM system (Global standards).
• Modeling and calculating mine design parameters according by geotechnical criteria, embankment and foundation design, stability analyses;
• Experience and understanding of the needs and approach to the engineering consultancy and design markets, including relationships with clients, work planning and commercial management.
• Understanding materials testing objectives to support geotechnical investigation and design recommendations.

• Coordination the geotechnical works within the Group projects;
• Methodological and consulting of the specialists on the sites Group;
• Technical support and manage geotechnical investigation plan on the Tailings Dam;

• Improving hydrogeological condition and understanding of the groundwater and surface water influence on the stability of the open pit slope and develop depressurization strategies to improve slope stability;
• Provide Key technical support to mine operations to the planning of dewatering system of the open pits and underground;
• Develop short up to long-term strategies for mine dewatering, pit slope depressurization and and collaborate with mine operations and planning for their implementation;
• Review feasibility study for pit slope and underground design base criteria for mine planning;

• Geotechnical support of capital strategic projects of 1-category (Geological/geotechnical drilling, formation of a database - construction of 3D geotechnical and geological models - selection of development method - design - construction-operation);
• Managing geotechnical drilling program. Developing Geotechnical drilling programm;
• Developing new backfill technology - CRF and mix design.
• Implementation of new automatic technology in underground mine of sites;
• Development of Ground Control Management Plan Participation in the design and implementation of the SLC system.
• Development of Numerical models, Geotechnical 3D model, Geotechnical block model;

• Organization a geotechnical support on current mining actives and develop the Geotechnical Department on each division;
• Implementing the 3D Geotechnical Block Model on divisions.
• Participations and implementing “Wet Shotcrete Design and Technology” project for the underground mine; Identification and assessment of geotechnical risks and development of geotechnical risk management program;
• Laboratory testing and developing “mix design” concrete design”
• Development Geotechnical investigation Plan;
• Participation in the development the LOM with considering a geotechnical conidiations of each division;
• Analysis, evaluation, calculation of capital costs;
