troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, startup & shutdown.
 Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence and enforcement of
company business standards, and safety development programs.
 Plan, schedule & meet business production schedules as per monthly, quarterly &
annually basis.
 Evaluate performance records of chemical processes & physical operations, submits
report of findings to management.
 Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and promoting employees in an
organization.

technical opinion for any plant operational non-conformance. Ensure plant
performance audit in line with agreed parameters of energy utilization, other
inputs and yield levels etc.
 Ensuring for the implementation of Consultants (Akkim & Pan-American) provided
plant operational parameters & in-process and finished product Specifications for
achieving Operational Excellence.
 Keeping a record of technology/parts/equipment suppliers and performance of
their supplied material for future decision making.
 Manage the generation of plant performance report on monthly basis.
 Keep liaison with process, mechanical, electrical, civil, personnel and commercial
departments for successful completion of all assignments as and when assigned
by management.
 Ensure plant performance audit in line with agreed parameters of energy
utilization, other inputs and yield levels etc.

 To insure the plant run smooth and efficiently.
 Manage shift staff and make sure that all persons are in their respective areas.
 Coordinate with services departments to get all jobs done on time in order to keep the plant on stream.
 Help the shift supervisor to bring plant to normal operation in case of any abnormality.
 To make sure that raw material, chemicals and utilities consumption are at optimum level.
 Insure that all jobs and work being done as per standard procedures to avoid any hazard.
 Insure that all areas are clean and housekeeping of plant ok.
 Maintain log book and write in detail about plant operation, abnormalities and maintenance jobs.
