Specific Duties
•Adhere to established divisional and departmental policies and procedures, Initiate action at the reception desk in attending to the patients as per established procedures.
•Answer queries on telephone and make appointment for the patients and doctors
•Verify all insurance benefits assigned to the clinic and to determine insurance coverage need of the patients and meet the standards as per the company policy.
•Maintain departmental records and files, and takes care of inventory of departmental equipment.
•Participate in department meetings and related in-service educational programmes.
•As an accountant at the reception desk verify the specific fee collected from patients and hand over the cash to the accounts department.
