Key Achievements:
Managed from start to finish development and printing of marketing collaterals, supplies and interdepartmental forms for a newly opened hotel brand. The goal was achieved successfully due to the proper planning and coordination of the following activities: research and bench marketing, prior to actual design and development of collaterals, forms and other marketing materials required, as well, working closely with all department heads of the hotel and each department manuals;
Managed to save thousands of dollars by proposing and implementing a web/graphic designing in-house instead of outsourcing through marketing agencies. To save the company’s costs, 70% of marketing and design materials were developed in house; proper balancing between the in house and outsourced work was met;
Setting up the marketing and social network activities (especially e-marketing) for the newly opened hotel and monitoring the work of the marketing staff;
Played one of the key roles in the successful opening of the hotel by being a part of the pre-opening team, working closely with all department’s heads. Besides marketing was involved in other activities like strategy development & planning, administration, recruitment and operation coordination required for the successful hotel opening.

Managing client’s relations and marketing activities of the Fabulous Abu Dhabi Hotel Management company.
Being responsible for functional coordination of hotel management company and hotel that we have been managing marketing activities.
Functionally reported by Sales & Marketing Manager and Front Office Manager of the hotel property.
Coordination and monitoring of the proper implementation of corporate brands standards, quality standards in regard to marketing and printing requirements; was liaising with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager of the hotel to achieve this goal;
Managing, planning, designing and creating all inter-departmental forms, documents and templates for use in the hotel operation, developing restaurant and bar menu designs based on the selected theme; designing and creating print marketing and e-marketing materials for the mar-keting campaigns including flyers, leaflets, brochures, banners, billboards and graphic works for web and Internet use.
Taking care of e-marketing by working with online directories publications and social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
Directing the development of initiatives for new brands and products. Being responsible for marketing and advertising campaigns for brands/products.
Working closely with marketing and PR agencies when required; Being able to balance the work that can be done in-house or has to be outsourced;
Working with the multimedia, different online apps, photography from stock images, templates and other most recent design and marketing tools to achieve the results;

Conducted a thorough product research, clients and competitors analysis. Advised the General Manager on the product segmentation mix, branding and pricing policy.

Identify the need for production of new marketing materials like brochures and fliers.
Was taking care of design projects from scratch to finish, complete planning, developing, designing artworks and preparing the final design for print publication and for online publishing;
Coordinating with industry newspapers and TV Stations for advertisement;
Was assembling the final layouts and preparing them for printers. Communication with printers to get the quality print materials;
