•Created and developed a strategic plan for the school, in line with its vision, which is to make children financially independent and self-reliant in the future
•Actively participate in training of Staff, liaising with consultants and doing quality checks on resource materials to ensure alignment with the schools set objectives
•Continuous consultations, development, monitoring and review of policies to ensure delivery of the overall aims and objectives, ensuring these are benchmarked against national and global trends
