This includes consulting with them first to understand their requirements and then providing them with solutions. Daily duties include:
• Providing end-to-end online recruitment solutions to employers in order to build and develop long term relationships
• Assisting in sourcing for candidates according to the client's requirements
• Drafting job descriptions on behalf of clients to attract relevant applicants
• Screening candidates and providing a shortlist that matches the client's requirements (this includes a range of professionals across multiple industries)
• Advising and assisting employers in their recruitment and selection practices, ensuring efficiency
• Coordinating preliminary interviews
• Handling client acquisition as well as account management, whilst maintaining key business partnerships through offering superior customer care
• Conducting industry analyses in order to provide more tailored client solutions to ensure successful hiring
• Managing client relationships, from client acquisition through to retention, in order to increase customer satisfaction

At Driven Properties, I grew quite quickly and as a result was promoted quickly too.
I started out in the marketing department, handling property listings and all customer care related issues.
Within 8 months I got the opportunity to become a client relationship manager, where I handled more of a sales role. Here I interacted with local and international clients who required short term rental properties, which included writing up quotations, negotiations, logistics and operations.
