• Establishing an annual marketing budget and implementing a marketing plan according to the budget.
• Planning and providing assistance with marketing campaigns and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events.
• Serving as the final point of contact with corporate deliverables prior to their release/distribution, ensuring all formats, aesthetics, and content meet corporate standards and expectations.

• Additional duties also include marketing projects such as: reviewing and modifying site content, managing social media accounts, planning a marketing strategy, and supplementary research.
• Ensure that marketing projects are delivered as planned and within the budget, to the best possible quality standards.
• Presenting new ideas to increase credit awareness and enhance service outcomes.
• Resolve issues and complaints from customers with an effective solution to reach their level of satisfaction within the policy and procedures of the bank.
• Ensure the right services are sold to the right customers such as; personal and corporate accounts, loans, credit cards, and account certificates.
• Achieve branch sales targets assigned such as new account opening, loan amount, and issuing new credit cards.
• Approve all loan and credit card applications before passing them on to management for a final decision.
• Process the non-cash transaction, such as depositing cheques and print account statements.
• Transform service transactions to appropriate sales opportunities, according to customer demand.
• Ensure full awareness of all products provided and is constantly updated with all changes and amendments to product features, procedures and processes.
• Maximise the cross-selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.
• Continuously update skill by participating in professional trainings, go for courses as instructed by management and be willing to contribute acquired knowledge to the development of the bank.
• Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances.
• Providing account services to customers by withdrawing or receiving deposits, cashing checks, transferring amounts, and exchanging currencies.
• Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customers’ needs, and directing customers to a branch representative.
