• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge

• Preparing valuation documents for our customers.
• Developing official offers to enter into bidding competitions in the Eitmad platform.
Following up with all invoices that are coming from the company’s branch inside Aramco and making sure that the company receives its payments, which includes preparing an official copy of the invoice then sending it by email to the customer (Aramco’s employee). Creating Entry Sheet Verification (ESV) through SAP system after receiving the needed information from the customer. Finally, confirm with the accounting department the receiving of the money.
o Achievements:
I sharpened my analytical skill more by preparing a SRS (Software Requirements Specification) document after analyzing the hospital Transportation System.
Learned how to promote events for the hospital by creating static web site.
My colleague and I developed a project called POC (Point of Care) which is a web site especially for new nurses to train them on the hospital equipment online.
