•Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling
sessions and progress notes.
•Stay current with best practices in mental health and
wellbeing, and integrate new techniques into counseling
strategies.
•Offer guidance and resources to employees seeking
assistance in navigating work-related challenges and
personal growth opportunities.
•Build strong relationships with employees, HR, and
management to create an open and supportive environment.
•Participate in wellness events, fairs, and other activities to
promote employee engagement and awareness.
•Actively pursuing training in various psychosocial domains, including psychological first aid, mental health disorders, GBV awareness, suicidal prevention, family counseling, child protection, and case management.
•On-site visits to camps, providing psychosocial support to refugees and individuals in need of mental health care.
•Expanding expertise through ongoing education in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
•Contributing to the development of educational materials and workshops for raising awareness about mental health and psychosocial well-being.
