• Developing interior spaces , well integrated with base building and surroundings .Expertise in residential projects, effective at all phase of development from initial concept to completition.
• My duty starts from initial site visit, inspecting the existing conditions of the project as well as site measurements to determine possible architectural problems .
• Conferring with the client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, and architectural preferences, etc.
• Integrating ideas from different sources to come up with an innovative design willing to meet the clients' needs first and work to meet their satisfaction.
• Submitting architectural and design drawings , submitting architectural renderings as well as 3d views using several computer programs.
• Submitting working drawings with the required details .
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, consultants and fabricators to meet overall project objectives and
ensure cost efficiency and timely project completion .
• Providing on site consultation with contractors .
• Providing assistance to clients in selecting materials and furnishings; worked productively with suppliers and contractors to follow through orders and supervise construction and installations.
• Mentored junior staff and assisting them in learning the basics of the project development process.
• My job is not only excluded on interior design, I had the opportunity to work in several architectural projects as well as landscaping projects.
