I was the sole assistant facilitator for the coursework of two Business Analytics modules at the final-year level. The first semester module involved content focusing on data analytics using R and SQL, and a selection of machine learning algorithms. The second semester module was on data ETL, modelling and visualisation using Power BI, as well as dashboarding, KPI scorecards, quality control and business performance reporting. I tracked students performance weekly by marking tutorials and computer assignments.
I recently graduated from my postgraduate degree for the Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) in Operations Research — with distinction. Previously, I completed my Bachelors of Commerce in Mathematical Sciences (2022), with dual-majors in Operations Research and Business Analytics. I had academic distinctions in 13 courses, making Dean’s Merit (top 10%) thrice in Business Management, Business Analytics (III — data modelling and visualisation), and Operations Research (III — stochastic simulation and queueing theory). I have dabbled in projects related to forecasting, meta-heuristics (algorithmic optimisation), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques. I did a leadership course (2023), peer facilitation course (2023), and was part of the crisis committee (2019).
