- Preparing credit appraisals
-Introducing new clients, banks and NBFIs for mutual business and initiating new relationships
-Following-up on Nostro/Vostro accounts. This includes keeping up with different customers to resolve the queries from internal department. Follow up is related to acc opening/internet banking/etc...
-Maintaining correspondence files
-Coordinating between departments -for booking deals.
- doing the KYC on various clients, banks and NBFIs.
- Preparing the account statement and sending to the clients who do not have a SWIFT or who are unable to get a statement, whenever required.
-Updating expired documentations: Trade Licenses, etc..
-Giving Presentations on Islamic banking products to clients

Treasury Department - Sales Desk

-Quoting FX rates to clients
-Monitoring FX rates and following fundamental/ technical analysis
-Inputting deals into KONDOR system
-Being up to date with market news
-Preparing daily profit and loss for FX exposures of the day
-Responsible for sales desk FX positions reconciliation
-Trading in Shariah compliant Commodities for Tawarruq
-Preparing Daily/Weekly Newsletters with market updates (like FX, equities, Sukuk) for clients
-Responsible for handling FX business for SME, Retail, and Wealth Management Clients
-Creating product process notes (Dual Currency Murabahah/ Sukuk)
-Working on creation of new products unavailable at the bank (Islamic Repo)
-Preparing Sales budget presentations for Treasurer
-Attending meetings and preparing minutes or call reports
-Attending Sukuk road shows, was also trained in Sukuk trading
-Preparing credit appraisals
