Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within the organization. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is identified and hired to meet the job requirements
Implementing Human Resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing employment processing, training and development, records management, employee relations, and labor relations. Other essential duties and responsibilities include
Recruitment Responsibilities
• Identifying future hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications
• Completing paperwork for new hires
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Payroll
• Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
• Entering data into payroll and administrative database
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation
• Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns
Customer Service
Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Help ensure that customers are satisfied with services provided
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
