- Cambridge University press is one of the leading publishers in the world, they have their agent in Egypt that represents them on both schools, Academic levels .
- Aisha’s role was to set up the team and then to lead the team to guarantee best adoptions in the market on both schools & Academic levels, this involved all technical, marketing, administrative and financial phases .

2. McGraw- Hill
- McGraw Hill is considered as No.1 in academic books and No.2 in ELT books in the international market, they started heavily their publishing tailored programs in ME in 2005 where Aisha started her involvement with them in many projects with various roles, the main ones were as follow :

- Maths & science k-12, Project for MoE - UAE :
- Aisha’s role was to manage all aspects of the tailored version for MoE including, but not limited to managing editors, financial aspects, managements aspects, progress of project, deadlines
- Area of specialization : Project management for editing of educational materials

- Health books- UAE :
A series of health books taught in UAE
- Aisha’s role was to manage all aspects of the tailored version for ME including, but not limited to translation & producing the bilingual version, editing & reviewing

- MOE curricula / KSA 1- 12 :
- MH was involved in the MOE pilot and initial project of English reform in KSA including books k-12
- Aisha’s role on the first phase was to manage all phases of the project to produce the tailored version for the MoE including but not limited to managing all financial, HR, monitoring & execution phases of the project .

- Aisha’s role was to manage all aspects of the tailored version for ME & Aisha was the only one from ME / who is non-university staff involved in the review of the new international version

- MH produced its most successful ELT series in 2006, their target was to present something new in the ELT market to the ME
- Aisha’s role started in specifying the methodology to be used, structuring the S&S and the involvement in all phases of production in a very tight schedule ( 6 months instead of 3 years for the production of total of 36 books from scratch ), the book sold thousands of copies and it presented a new trend that other publishers followed afterwards

- MH target as they started hitting the ELT market, was to adopt and edit existing series to present something new in the ELT market to the ME
- Aisha’s role started by selecting from existing series, doing all editing stages and reviewing till approving the final ready to print & digital related version
