Volunteered to work with the environmental management team on a part-time to ensure a safe environment for people of Oyo State Nigeria. This involved ensuring that companies conduct environmental impact assessment before any development action.
Collected and generated electronic copies of food production and quality data. Designed templates for recording the data generated by other quality assurance personnel.
Kept accurate and up-to-date data, which the Quality Assurance Manager relied on for presentation at management meetings.
Kept paper records of raw materials purchases, supplies and other transactions.
Maintained and distributed office stationeries and supplies
Assisted with sales of fruit drinks and milk powders.
Worked with the company’s account department to reconcile sales with payments, and to process sales invoices.
Monitored sales and payments, and also ensured that all payments made in a month were entered in the sales ledger prepared by the Accountant.

Provided administrative and secretarial support to the Plant Manager.

In collaboration with Carbon8 Systems Limited UK, I carried out a research on remediation of contaminated soils using carbonated ash. Research score: 69%
