• Responsible for NDT inspection of radiographic inspection, magnetic particle testing, penetrate testing, heat treatment, welding inspection and visual inspection of pipe lines, boilers, pressure vessels, oil tanks, reactors, columns and heat treatment.
• Running all sub-contractor welding activities on/off site fabrication shops.
• Painting / coating inspection of steel structural works, pipeline, pressure vessels, offshore vessels, new building & repairing ships.
• Responsible for stage wise painting / coating inspection. Undertake QC painting /coating activities in the work place
• Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application.

• Scheduling and organizing specialist project execution;
• Running all sub-contractor welding activities on/off site fabrication shops.
• Support at site/ monitoring the specialist works at site within his/her specialist area during erection and commissioning phase.
• Evaluation of radiographic films as per ANSI B 31.3. and visual inspection of pipelines, structural steel work.
• Film interpretation in accordance with relative specifications, preparing specific procedures, NDT reports, inspection of rotary equipments for various semi-submersible and jack-up drilling rigs.
• Reviewing of the test procedure, welding procedure specification, PQR, WQT method and statement.
• Preparation of requests and reports for the client and co-ordinate with client responsibilities.
• Qualify the welders as per project requirements.
• Check radiographic films of classification, radiographic sensitivity type for IQI, subject and film contrast type of exposure.
• Checking for ensure that welders are qualified to the WPS.
• Prepare NDT reports and technical documentation for all welding

-Carry out NDT methods in inspecting weld elements, turbine components, storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping elements.
-Responsible for a QC Inspector from executing the work following the Inspection & Test Plan, method of statement & risk assessment.
-Preparing & verifying WPS & Welder Qualification Test based on API 1104, AWS-D1.1.
-Execution of NDT job as per requirements and satisfaction of clients/representative, welding inspection, welder qualification, QA/QC activities, preparation of reports and co-ordination with the client representatives, monitoring pre & post weld heat treatment, interpretation & evaluation of radiographs, carrying out RT, MPT, LPT, on ASME coded pressure vessels and heat exchangers, storage tanks, power piping and process piping, pre & post weld inspection preparation & maintaining reports at various projects.
-Responsible for, site coordination for NDT jobs, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, MPI testing, preheat and post heat treatment, for piping, boilers, pressure vessels and others.
-Preparation of daily reports on various job activities including NDT consumables.
•Control of drawings, isometrics and P&ID.

To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications.
Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review.
Review of calibration status of IMTE items.
To undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painter’s hydro blasters & abrasive blasters.
Co-ordinate with the paint manufacturer technical representative on daily basis.
•Material Inspections.
•Give assistance to mechanical superintendent in the discussion with the proponent representative and construction contractor where necessary.
•Coordinate with the Safety Officer on safety related matters.
•Solve the cases of no-conformity.
-Following welding activity, planning RT non destructive testing, interpreting RT films according to API 1104, ASME and AWS D1.1, at the end I’ve comprised all my activity and put together the finaldocumentation on this NDT area Black Sea.
-Part of a field inspection team assigned at fabrication yard tasked to carry out various NDT methods to fabricated offshore structure components such as piles, buoys, jackets, FPSO modules, jackets, decks, mud mats, deep water manifolds, risers, and piping. -Performing NDE inspections and examinations on rotating and pressure retaining equipment in accordance with company standards, customer specifications and ASME Section IX requirements. -Assigned at locations onshore /offshore performing various NDT methods for the testing of welding elements, pipelines, process piping, hulls and pressure vessels.
-Reviewing and revising NDT related documents; and training of Junior Inspectors. -Also carry out macro etching, hardness testing, welding, cutting, and marketing of company services. -Implementation of International Standards coordination as RT for GSP, EN and ASME, ANSI B.31.1, ASTM, API 1104; 650, AWS D1.1 & D1.8.

Hands on experience of pre-welding, in-process welding and post welding engineering, surveillance, inspection & supervision in Workshop as well as at Field of all welding operations and associated variables for Butt, Fillet and Socket welds on materials such as CS, LTCS, SS, Cr-Mo, Cu-Ni, etc; made with welding processes such as SMAW or MMA, GTAW or TIG, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, etc; using essential inspection aids, as per applicable construction and relevant standards; including signing-off the daily Welding & NDT reports, witnessing all applicable NDT (VT, RT, PT, MT, UT & LT) and daily radiographs review, interpretation & evaluation. Piping, Pipeline, Valves & Equipment experience in Oil & Gas projects includes participation in ongoing operations to Randomly Check / Witness / Monitor / Review / Inspect / Interpret / Evaluate / Accept / Approve / Reject the Construction to Commissioning as well as Operation & Maintenance and Shutdown activities of LNG Plants, Oil Refineries, GOSP, Natural Gas Transmission / Distribution Pipeline; Offshore Platforms & Associated Appurtenances and Process Plant Projects; as per technical drawings, such as but not limited to; P&ID, PFD, UFD, Isometric Drawings, Plot Plans, General Arrangement Drawings, Alignment Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Tracings, etc.
