-Lead lingerie design team, which includes lingerie, ladies & kids sleepwear, kids underwear & ladies swimwear
-Align department's creative strategy to business strategy to achieve annual sales budget in collaboration with head of buying, head of design and business manager by analysing seasonal trade, consumer behaviour and market trends
-Range-build new season with buyers and designers to ensure a balanced combination of styles, blocks and fabrications to offer variety to customer
-Coach & mentor the team in addition to planning their workload
-Analyse trend sources to prepare & present new season's trends
-Range-build with buying team to ensure a balanced combination of styles, graphics & fabrics
-Develop specs and graphics in Illustrator and/or Photoshop
-Prepare tech-packs & PLM packages
