Media Services:
To enhance the performance and reputation of the Sands International School (SIS) through excellent communication of outputs to targeted stakeholders via a range of media, and coordination of activities designed to improve and support the school's curriculum.
AdvancED Subcommittee Member:
Develop strategies of cooperation between Accreditation Consultants and the Accreditation Committee. And to communicate regularly with the members of the Accreditation Committee, representatives of the school undergoing the accreditation process and other Accreditation Consultants organize. I also maintain a portfolio of documents, activities and a log which includes and develop, Update and follow up the school’s account database on the AdvacED site. Add that I Assist with the coordinate of the online standardized assessment.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Supervises, schedules for and communicates with grade 12 regarding their graduation:
• Encourage student participation in the activities of the graduation preparations and end of the year party.
• Plan for year’s graduation party, photos and time line.
• Plan regular meetings with student team to accomplish tasks.
• Support and assist with the students’ preparation for their high school graduation.
• Manage and prepare the time tables for the teachers and classes of grades 4-12.
• Provides assistance to potential users of the computer equipment.
• To support and contribute to other aspects of the SIS work programs as required.
• Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support.
• Assist with the developing of the schools’ use of technology as well as the many web-based tools and applications that come with it.
Eager to bring elementary students into the twenty-first century using a unique combination of education experience.
• Experienced in use of the Internet and educational software.

Duties:
Teaching math to the students of grades 3 & 5
Curriculum planning and execution
Conducting class tests and evaluating the performance and Provided appropriate instruction programs for continuous assessment
Utilization of students strength and available resources
Communicate learner’s progress twice a term to the parents
Developed a healthy classroom environment, to foster positive learning
Involvement in all co-curricular activities
Help staff and students for better performance
Develop effective professional relationships with colleagues, knowing how and when to draw on advice and specialist support
Follow up on the ”ADVANCED” accreditation requirements (as a part of the “ADVANCED” community)
Participating in workshops for professional development
Provide positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school, e.g. house activities, assemblies, duties, ECA’s, student/parent teacher’s evenings and/or similar related activities
Additional Duties
• Develop and manage the SIS Society’s web and social networking presence (including Website, Facebook and Linked in groups/pages). Support the development of other SIS Society communications (printed and digital)
• To oversee the content development and management of the SIS networks (including Website, Facebook and Linked in groups/pages).
• Creates content for social media to promote and publicize the people, activities, events and achievements of the school locally, nationally and internationally.
• Ensure that records/data on the database are maintained accurately and continuously improved.
• Write and update contents and articles on the school’s website
• Improve and maintain content communication channels
• Supervise and creates/contributes to weekly staff and student online newsletters and articles.
• Analyzes social media and website activity on a weekly basis
Organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the company. Maintain office equipment. Organize, update and maintain records and all administration processes effectively.
Organizing and chairing meetings, include typing the agenda and taking minutes. Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction.Develop and manage social media network.Sales & Marketing duties.
