*Manages payroll management system for the entire group using SQL systems.
*Implementing Group HR Policies related to payroll, attendance, and settlement.
*Run and process the payroll from attendance up to salary slips (for 20 stores with the total of 1000 manpower.) The organization is the official franchiser in the Philippines of TGIFridays, Italiannis, Krazy Garlik, Fish&CO., Watami, Modern Shanghai, Village Tavern, Ma Maison, etc.)
*Involved in personnel related planning and decision making.
*Conducts research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as compensation statistics and market analysis.
*Assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and provide oversight in compliance with regulations and labor laws.
*Collaborates with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures.
*Reports directly to the general manager of the group whose job is to plan and direct decisions about employee pay, benefits, rewards, and other forms of compensation.
*Ensures that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines.
*Administers the periodical payroll generation and ensures that all transactions (including attendance, advances and deductions, etc.) are entered and updated on the system, as well as monitors and controls the log sheet.
*Contributes to the development and implementation of projects in order to support the ongoing development of Compensation & Benefits provision and standards.
*Ensure company compliance with internal law and labor laws set up by the government.
*Prepares management information reports in order to ensure that the management has the needed information to support strategic decision makings.
*Provide accurate and on time submission of all Finance reports and forms.
*Prepares and review employee's benefits along with the HR Manager.
*Analyzes audit's payroll report before sending it to the HR Manager.
*Prepares monthly reports for General Manager and Directors which tackles the companies (newly joined employees, salary register, pay master, head count, leave, overtime hours and amount, separation pay and resignation final pays.)
*In charge of the installation and testing of time and attendance system.
*Coordinates with store managers for the timely submission attendance sheet for the preparation of payroll processing.
*Manages Leave Records, Accruals, and final settlements for employees
*Updating of Increments and training records if there is any.
*Coordinates with Medical Provider for the updated records of employees.
*Process employees' requests including salary certificates, salary transfer letters, payslips, staff discount cards, loan balance certificates.)
*Monitors employees' attendance and their update in the system, as well as monitors all kinds of leaves and working hours, overtime, etc.
*Prepares salary register, pay master and payslips every payroll month.
*Coordinate with companies' official payroll Bank to ensure proper crediting of every employees salary.
