• Organizing C-level/ Committee Meetings (Room bookings, Coordination and confirmation with the participants, preparing agendas and presentations, taking and distributing minutes of the meeting)
• Manages the GCMO's calendar, including setting daily meeting reminders.
• Assists HR by coordinating the department secretaries to complete the physicians' performance appraisals and job descriptions.
• Manages the Committee and the physicians' email and WhatsApp group.
• Perform other secretarial tasks such as managing communication by handling phone calls, emails, inquiries, and document approvals; Prepares letters, memos, reports, and correspondences as required; Creates and maintains information and filing systems, records, and indices; Determines the department’s need and order of office supplies, equipment, repair, and maintenance.
