• Consolidated 1, 203 open work orders in SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP),
built baseline plans, resource allocation and sequencing with job plans, work packages, task lists,
and bill of material (BOM) to restore backlog within the 4-week target and ultimately closing all the
orders within 8-month time frame.
• Raised HSECES compliance to 100% in three months by embedding Job Safety Analyses (JSAs),
permit requirements, risk assessment, and tracked via KPI tracking tools and key performance
indicators (KPIs).
• Delivered ~14% downtime reduction and ~16% YTD manpower optimization using root cause analysis,
predictive analysis, condition monitoring, across preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance,
and corrective maintenance.
• Orchestrated Shutdown/TAR planning and AS WH Campaign based maintenance planning whereby
$2M savings was achieved in Sahil fields which was synchronized with operations, electrical,
instrumentation, mechanical and Engineering team; disciplined report-back maintenance events,
lessons learned, risk mitigation strategies, and adherence to safety standards, Job Safety Analyses
(JSAs), permit requirements, and Safety Critical Equipment protocols.
• Optimized the SQM 2025/26 Master Plan by aligning PMs to last completion dates and grace windows,
successfully reducing ~300 DGS/MOC load and overall duration of 7000 hours.
• Led Maximo->SAP migration for 100, 000+ tags and improved master data quality (deduped 4, 936 items,
re-defined 6, 264, added 1, 693, updated SAP fault codes), accelerating order closure and execution
readiness across maintenance schedules (weekly, monthly, and annual).

• Enforced the ADNOC Health, Safety, and Environment Management System, enhancing compliance and awareness among all stakeholders.
• Conducted multilingual training courses, including Safety Induction, Basic Firefighting, and H2S & Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus training, improving safety knowledge among contractor staff.
• Generated comprehensive monthly safety progress reports for ADCO and contractors, detailing work accident statistics such as severity, frequency, and LTI rates, facilitating data-driven safety improvements.
