• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Creating Agent numbers in to the system of EVD and Resetting Password.
• Onboarding Customers for postpaid and prepaid on the system.
• Help vendor’s raise purchases request and purchases order on the system.
• Sales devices and Enterprise Business Unit products to any customer requested.
Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
