Ambit ALM (Asset Liability Management) is the product of SunGard which deal with managing risks
(manage interest rate risk and liquidity risk) that arise due to mismatches between the assets and
liabilities (debts and assets) of the bank. ALM is essentially management of the timing and the value
of the cash
flows in banks and the consequential risks.
Automation: Automating this product divided into two categories:
1. Computational functionality - using PATS.
2. Work flow Automation - using Test Complete.

My responsibilities in the project include:
* This product is developed using Agile process, understanding the requirements of the client
as per the changes in the Financial procedures.
* Create test documents, Views of different product functionality.
* Executing GUI and Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Sanity Testing.
* Test case execution, Defect logging and Defect Tracking in Bugzilla.
* Using Team City as Continuous Integration Framework for Automation.
* Run Databases in PATS, to check computational behavior of product vs QFL.
* Fixing the views if any failure is observed
Email Management Services (EMS) is a messaging system that acts as a backup mail Server and
ensures continuous flow of a company's business email in the event of an unexpected disruption of
the primary email system.

* Writing and executing Functional and Regression test cases.
* Testing transmission of mails on EMS mail system
* Testing Exchange Server using Outlook (2k3 and 2k7) with XP and Vista.
* Testing Perimeter Protection Service modules for spam mails, virus mails, quarantine,
attachment handling, and end user digests.
* Regression Testing on Backend.
* Reporting Defect using Jira, Quality Centre 9.2 as Test Management Tool.
