Review, develop and implement contract administration procedures, systems and policies in consultation with the Senior Management.
Attend project meetings where necessary and provide advice on commercial and contractual issues contract documentation, tender documentation, etc
Review complex solicitations and prepare/review response for proposals, bids and contract modifications, pre bid analysis, risk management, financial viability.

Coordinate with the Client/Consultant on clarifications of applications (RFQ/RFP) on various matters.
Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiation on complex contractual issues and price bid
