• End to End handling of logistics & Warehousing operations across PAN INDIA via a distribution network of 8 warehouses and 2 production units spread across Pan India and Parallelly acting as an SAP SD-Supporting role for any enhancements and error resolving issues.

• Managing and ensuring the reverse logistic operation against returns and coordinating with QC & Accounts & Production to account the same and to finalize the liquidation plan.
• Cycle Counts & Monthly stock audit’s and ensuring periodical quality checks and ensuring immediate corrective/control point actions to prevent inventory losses.
• Yearly negotiation and execution for all space, warehousing, Laboure’s, and transportation agreements.
• Review, benchmarking, and control of cost of logistics for the region spend on Infrastructure, warehouse management and transportation.

Project: Athena - SAP Implementation
• Act as liaison between the ERP Implementation Partner /support team and business unit for the development and implementation of SAP- SD.
• Representative for SD & MM module for conducting business process analysis and data validation processes.
• Requirement Gathering, Business Process descriptions, use cases, test scenarios, tasks, and workflow analysis.
• Collaborated with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs of business.
• Conducting UAT ‘s and analyzing and enhancing the required process flows.
