Key Result Areas:
* Managing multiple responsibilities including Planning, organizing and developing marketing strategies for
establishment of new business division in DARWISH profile.
* To work closely with Chairman and top management to implement policies, procedures and systems to achieve
organizational objectives.
* Lead generation for sales & services for Residential, Food & Beverages, Industrial & Commercial, Offices,
Institutes, Schools and Colleges Customers etc.
* Technical and commercial processing of enquiries and quotations in close cooperation with Principal suppliers.
* Offer tracking by market observation to identify new projects and orders.
* Executing plans to reach out unexplored market segments & customer groups for business expansion.
* Assisting Sales & Service Team in getting clean orders by studying & analyzing purchase order request raised by
them and helping company in revenue recognition
* Acquiring the business by achieving the delivery of service quality norms by interacting with clients and managing
customer’s requests & grievances for customer satisfaction.
* Securing necessary approvals and ensuring that the standard contract terms are followed; attending negotiation
meetings to close contracts
* Forecast requirements; prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective
actions as per KPI’s.
* Addressing technical queries raised by the customer & attending the technical/commercial meetings to finalize the
technical and subsequently the commercial terms & conditions to win the order
Key Result Areas:
* Responsible to prepare techno-commercial offers for various projects for the clients, including pricing strategies in
accordance to the evaluation, technical clarification & identification of products as per customer requirements.
* To retain customer satisfaction by bringing out the customer from stuck-up situations by advising effective solutions.
* To conduct the Bid Review Meetings internally or with the inclusion of customers as per tender requirement.
* Managing order booking and its amendment, to update factory and the concerned departments with the
revised/amended requirements of the project.
* To Shortlist the enquiries received from the Customer as per the customer previous record, type of enquiry and the
chances of inclusion in the project.
* To perform activities of project Manager and responsible to resolve the issues from the enquiry stage till the
dispatch of the order
Key Result Areas:
* Performed business feasibility studies for drafting the business plans for the introduction of Single stage evaporators
and Turnkey wastewater treatment solutions.
* Represented company in different expos, seminars and exhibition across India to build the company/brand image.
* Expanded the reach of product to remote locations
* Formulated strategies for market penetration, technology upgradation to create brand image, acceptability and
positioning which resulted to tap target market segment
* Revamping of the franchise network to maximize sales of the company.
