Heading operation for Northern India. Covering all seven states and two union territory. Operating through seven branch offices and two regional offices.
Directly responsible for meeting any business operational issues. This also include manpower management, fund management, local coordination with government agencies.
Event security for sports, concerts and other events are also handled by designing security cover.
Profit center head for the entire state. Directly responsible for business growth as per laid down bottom line of business. All financial and business operational challenges are to be handled independently. It also require to be a decision taken for business as customer want his issue to be resolved on urgent basis.
Heading business operation and development through efficient utilization of branch team. Profile include business operation, profit and loss, business development and fund management. Supervision for the events that happen in my area of responsibility.
Responsible for business development, customer relationship, and client servicing. In this profile we have to take customer to entire product life cycle. This start from making client aware about need of financial investments then offering him trading accounts with which he can purchase stocks. Once he start investing is stocks he was taken to next level where he can do trading at his own and there after withdrawing his returns. All assistance was provided though out for making him comfortable with company system and helping him in doing good investment returns.
Worked on project of " Re modulation of insurance claim" for Natmar Insurance which is a collaboration of National Insurance and Maruti Suzuki. As company want to satisfy its customers and want to reduce unproductive timing this project was assigned. Sample was taken from 3 dealership and claim office for making claim process customer friendly.
After study of all process insurance claim process was reduced by one day by eliminating document sharing time.
