Part of Tenant Representation business under occupier services group. Primary responsibility was to do office leasing.
Heading one micro market in Delhi NCR for the company. Formed a team from the scratch. Built up a firm business of office leasing and investor services business in Noida market.

It is the largest real estate consultancy in the UAE. I worked in the commercial leasing division (bettercommercial). My job responsibilities involved:
·Searching for landlords with properties available for leasing and putting them as listings into CRM.
·Identifying corporate clients to lease out the commercial space (Office & Retail).
·Transaction management for the entire listing & leasing process, which involved taking clients for viewing the spaces, negotiating on behalf of landlord and client, agreement closure and payment collection.
(Achievement: Generated new business of more than AED 50, 000 revenue to the company in few months of starting business)
IHDP is a business park/hub for Indian exporters in the business of Home Décor where international buyers visit for sourcing Indian products.
Key Responsibility Area involved:
•Working with the developer for leasing the property (More than 1.75 lakh sqft done) to:
-Commercial office space for any industry (direct marketing/agents/promotions etc). Prospecting the client, space selection, agreement negotiations, closing and signing the agreements.
-Exporters of home decor products for their showrooms
•Promoting IHDP with the buying services companies who are representing international chains in India.
•Contacting international retailers, wholesalers, importers of home décor products to assist in their sourcing requirements from India.
•Promotions through advertising in trade publications, in house direct mailers, online marketing, and public relations etc.
•Product Handling- Studying the competition; Suggesting Constant Improvements and changes in the product.
•Researching the market for new product development.
•Coordinated a special project with editorial & production department for timely printing of the edition.
•Assisting the Marketing Manager in Promotions & Events for Brand Management.
