• Leading the entire off-boarding formalities across UAE region including full & final settlement and conducting exit interviews.
• Liaising with IHRC(International HR team) for UAE employees on-boarding and induction.
• Dealing with complex cases such as disciplinary, grievances and appeals.
• Initiating the performance management and appraisal process in coordination with Operations managers and review the performance of employees in order to achieve stronger alignment between business and individual performance objectives.

• Preparing comp sheets with regards to employees’ salary review, potential promotions, increment etc. and submit to management for quarterly review.
• In-charge of managing all HR tickets including but not limited to position creation, position change, cost center update, pay rate change, promotion tickets etc.
• Organize Induction and On-boarding for new hires and deals with their joining formalities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll of 500+ employees.
• Designed and implemented employee welfare and performance-based increment scheme resulted in reducing employee turnover rate to 9.05%.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Handle all labor card and visa renewals of existing staff & coordinates with admin for visa processing of new joiners.
• Identify hiring requirements proactively and working with recruiters to source candidates and fill vacant positions on time.
• Manage the employee separation process which includes activities such as exit interviews, full and final settlement calculations etc., thereby ensuring smooth exit of employees from the organization.
• Facilitate the performance management and appraisal process in coordination with LMs, review the performance of employees and present reports to the management.
• Recommend employees for promotion by identifying high performer and high potential employees based on the performance management system outcomes.
• Provide periodical sessions to staff about HR policies & procedures that significantly decreased general inquiries by 60% thereby resulted in HR function 12.5% more productive.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor attendance, generate, and provide HR statistical reports such as headcount, absenteeism, leavers etc. to the management.
• Prepares and processes salaries of employees through WPS.
• Prepares final settlement and end of service benefits of the employees as per UAE labor law which includes calculating gratuity, leave salary, leave entitlements etc.
• Conducts induction and on-boarding programs for the new hires.
• Manages employee master database and update whenever is required.
• Develops and implements policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, code of conduct and absence management.
• Researching and analyzing compensation and benefits plans, programs & making recommendations based on data analysis.
• Conducts performance appraisal programs of the employees in coordination with the concerned department in-charge.
• Deals with grievances and implements disciplinary procedures.
• Prepares staff handbooks, offer letters and advising on employment law.
• Manages and maintains contracts, personnel files & other employee information.
• Handles the renewal process of company vehicles insurance policies and mulkiya.
• Maintains good relationships with the suppliers, verifying invoices and directs accounts department for the payment upon completion of credit period.

• Passing journal entries, reconciling bank accounts and maintain all books of accounts.
• Prepares invoices and vouchers with proper supporting documents & processing payments for the suppliers depends on cash and fund flows.
• Manages petty cash and handles all bank related works with proper documentations.
