• Lead and manage the off-boarding formalities for employees in the UAE region, including handling full and final settlements and conducting exit interviews.
• Collaborate with the International HR team to facilitate the on-boarding and induction process for employees in the UAE, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Handle complex HR cases, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Initiate and oversee the performance management and appraisal process in coordination with Operations managers, ensuring that employee performance is reviewed effectively and aligned with both individual and business objectives.
• Partner with the leadership team to enhance leave & absence mgmt., enabling efficient production operations by ensuring proper monitoring & handling of employee absences.
• Act as a consultant for managers and staff, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and addressing employees' queries related to compensation, benefits, labor regulations, and other HR-related matters.
• Prepare comprehensive compensation sheets, including information on employees' salary reviews, potential promotions, and increments, and present them to the management for quarterly review and decision-making.
• Take ownership of managing all HR tickets, which may include tasks such as position creation, position changes, cost center updates, pay rate adjustments, and processing promotion requests, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative HR tasks.
• Organize Induction and On-boarding for new hires and deals with their joining formalities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll of 500+ employees.

• Manage the employee separation process which includes activities such as exit interviews, full and final settlement calculations etc., thereby ensuring smooth exit of employees from the organization.
• Facilitate the performance management and appraisal process in coordination with LMs, review the performance of employees and present reports to the management.
• Recommend employees for promotion by identifying high performer and high potential employees based on the performance management system outcomes.
• Provide periodical sessions to staff about HR policies & procedures that significantly decreased general inquiries by 60% thereby resulted in HR function 12.5% more productive.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor attendance, generate, and provide HR statistical reports such as headcount, absenteeism, leavers etc. to the management.
• Prepares and processes salaries of employees through WPS.
• Prepares final settlement and end of service benefits of the employees as per UAE labor law which includes calculating gratuity, leave salary, leave entitlements etc.
