•Installing & Configuring ADS, DNS, DHCP.

•Utilized custom monitoring software (OP Manager, v:11400) and internal ticketing system(Service Desk Plus, v:9.2, Manage Engine) to provide end user support
•Installing and configuring RSA VPN soft token and also managing RSA security console for token generation &password reset.
•Assign ticket to appropriate support group, follow up-update the ticket for every call to ensure timely closure
•Managed systems configuration and maintenance, problem troubleshooting, system and program security, applications and program management, planning and directing upgrades, and testing operations to ensure optimum system functionality

•Handling and supporting of users query through BMC Remedy Tool, 7.6 version
•Configuration of Work Group and Domain
•Client Application troubleshooting in DBRAS Classic, DBRAS web.

•Outlook configuration, PST creation and troubleshooting
•Printer configuration and troubleshooting on Local and Network printers
•Antivirus installation and troubleshooting in client systems
•Windows patches update and Antivirus patch update
•Resolving the issues through Remote application (Dame Ware Mini Remote controller 9.0v)
•Consistently met SLA with the client for the services
•Enabling and Disabling the account in ADS
•Outlook issues like PST creation and troubleshooting PST
•Provide end to end support on desktop/laptop and location specific servers & switches.
•Incident & Service request management and supporting around 2000+ end users and 1500+ Desktop/laptops.
•Troubleshooting the Internet and Intranet problem and coordinating with the Vendors and Partners to solve the issue in timely manners
