Handling complete Air cargo and flight operational requirements for the company, including cargo planning, coordinating and
supervising the activities of ground crew in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo. Managing office
responsibilities, handling and dealing with customers and agents, negotiating and coordinating air cargo movement with various
international airlines. Integral in the setting up of the operational process for Indigo Airlines Cargo division for the company.

Payroll and any other operational requirements.
Key responsibilities -
• Align the processes and procedures undertaken by various departments in the organization, in line with the requirements of the business.
• Ensure all processes are documented and in line with the standards & policies laid down by Management.

• Team leader (4 members) with core responsibilities of planning the cargo on scheduled flights, supervise documentation, follow up and provide acceptable solutions to both local and international customers
• Encourage, motivate and support the team to maintain high levels of efficiency aiming to achieve department and customer objectives
• Manage all daily operational activities for United Airlines Cargo (an average of 20tons monthly) and for DHL Cargo (an average of 400tons monthly)
• Lead all training sessions for UA Cargo and support online sessions for all including Ground Handling Agent (DNATA FG5) on a quarterly basis
• Plan, direct and supervise the air freight import and export operations ensuring enhanced customer service and increased revenue and profitability
• Made quotations on behalf of the management for charters and was responsible for making & updating of Tariffs for the Airlines handled
• Manage large orders and valuable cargo adequately and follow up to ensure that the process of inspection, handling and loading of cargo at the airport is carried out in a safe manner
• Ensure that all practices are in compliance with the Airlines operational policies and processes
• Prepare staff roster to ensure proper distribution of manpower and brief staff about relevant changes in the industry, products and services
• Address operational concerns and issues appropriately and offer timely resolution
• Provide the management with reports as required, facilitating effective decision making

Co-ordinate with the Airport Authorities (Civil Aviation) for landing permits and complete ground handling activities for
Kalitta Air and Avient Aviation, operating from all international airports in UAE (an average of 12 flights a week)

* Facilitate the Ramp Handling activities in liaison with GHA, caterers, fueling agent, maintenance, cargo, and crew to
expedite departure so as to ensure on-time performance targets are met

aware of operational messages and requirements
* Supervise / control staff assignment, reporting and absences, control staff overtime and compensation management
