Al Khafji Joint operation (KJO) is a joint operation of ARAMCO Gulf Operations Company Limited (AGOC) and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) for oil and gas exploration

Analyze the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of the contract clause

Coordinate and facilitate technical evaluation process of the Bid Proposals with the Line Department, the process includes Clarifications issued and received, Commercial Bids implication, report compilation, report presentation if required and preparation of final Technical Report for Management, Shareholders.

 Lead commercial evaluation process, the process includes review of commercial, implication, cost conditionings, report presentation if required and preparation of final award Recommendation for Management, Shareholders or tender Board approvals.
Finalizing of Contract Agreement, which includes drafting, negotiation, reviewing of exceptions with the Legal Department, discussing with the Line Department on final Scope/Specification, and schedule, liaising with the successful bidder and the execution of Contract Agreement by both parties.

 Maximize the potential of Store Management & Employees through performance management, coaching& mentoring, identifying development opportunities to ensure all stores are staffed correctly including succession planning & ongoing monitoring of manpower planning

Business Development and commercial Profit

 Support and guide the store teams to achieve their top line targets, shrinkage targets & control the operational costs in order to meet the business plan.
 Interpret and act on operational profit and sales reports generated through finance and focus on improving under-performing areas
 Monitor sales performance against last year, last week and budget on a daily and weekly basis
 Monitor and continuously seek to understand commercial environment, local trading patterns, competitor activity and market trends in the retail sector and their impact on business.

Store Standards

 Ensure accurate stock merchandise and management (stock ageing, stock loss, space management).
 Ensure that the store is in compliance with the company policy for all employment and state laws, including wage and hour, human rights and equal employment opportunities

People Management

 Review and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance against expectations
 Carry out regular and relevant in-store training and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses
 Oversee staff development and drive motivation levels of the store teams by effective resource planning and succession planning
