Handled the Project engineering for various packages like Metering, Chemical Injection and Loading arm skid projects. Also, possess abundant knowledge in Electrical and instrumentation of such packages.
Leading the technical evaluation of project activities in compliance to client specifications and proposals & exploring the problem areas, deviations and clarifying same through effective communication with team and customer’s engineers.
Acts as a single point of coordination with all departments, customer’s representatives, and sub-vendors in order to meet all requirements specifications.
Arranging bi-weekly meetings with all project team members to ensure clear communication and maximizing efficiency of project design & progress.
Review calculations like Meter & Prover Sizing, Wake Frequency, Flow Rate, Uncertainty Calculations, Pressure Drop etc.
Aligning the contracts and design review meetings with nominated projects
Formulating purchase specifications for material procurement, evaluating offers from sub-vendors, and liaising with Purchase Department for placement of an order.
Coached and leads a team of 5 personnel consisting of draftsmen, E&I technicians and panel engineers performing Instrumentation design for projects and Control System Cabinets design to ensure timely delivery of design documentation as per required project timelines.
Manage Subcontractors - Review purchase terms such as payment cycle, delivery, and supply chain processes. Evaluate and recruit new suppliers/ vendors and work out yearly price agreements with various suppliers for the fiscal year.
Test Equipment calibration - Responsible for managing section for test equipment calibration and repairs. Maintain roster and online access to all company owned mechanical and electrical test equipment’s.
Performs engineering design, construction, and execution of Flow metering Control System Cabinets
Responsible for reviewing system and control panel optimizing during project handover and execution and preparing system requirements, including power and heat dissipation analyzing tabs abiding to client
requirement and specifications.
Served as a Sales, Service and Billing consultant in a the leading communications and networking company.
First class in the Bachelors degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
