1. Possess more than 15 years of experience in Project Control in Oil & Gas
Construction Field for clients - Korean National Oil Company, SKEC, Pt. PGN,
SHELL, Pt. ConocoPhillips, PTT Thailand, Siam Cement Group, Emirates National
Oil Corporation, Helios and Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
2. Working closely with CEO, Project Sponsors, Country Head, Project Manager,
Construction managers, resident engineers as required in the development and
implementation of procedures, system and reports that address current project
status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and
forecasts
3. Planning, Scheduling and Reporting to client and management.
4. Preparation of budget and cash flow statement, regular budget vs. actual
updates using Earned Value Analysis.
5. Collaborated in the development of data needed for negotiations and review of
contract drafts for adequate cost and scope definition.
6. Preparation of Site activities schedules & allocating resources for various
construction sites & monitoring the same for scheduled completion within the
assigned budgets.

7. Raising the resources requirement & perpetual monitoring of the same till their
deployment & further monitoring to optimize their usage & enhancing their
productivity.
8. Finalization of Project Execution schedule with the client, finalization of review
and progress measurement formats for regular submission to client namely daily,
weekly, monthly progress reports and MIS reports. Review of planning documents
submitted to client and Management.
9. Preparation & Monitoring of Project schedule.
10.Finalization of payment terms, billing formats for invoicing to the client and by
contractors. Checking Client Invoice & Certifying Invoices of the sub-contractors.
11.Monitoring contracts execution vis-à-vis Contract scope for modifications and
change orders. Change order management, preparation, negotiation, finalization
of extra claims.
12.Responsible for Material Management. Monitoring material status (Free issue
and/or self-procured) and assessing material availability as per monthly.
Material Management: Coordinating between Procurement and Stores to
facilitate timely execution of construction activities as per schedule. Exercising
project control by closely monitoring material status (Free issue and/or self-
procured) and assessing material availability as per monthly and three-month
construction look-ahead.
13.Keep tracks of PO placement and delivery terms, Customs Release, ETA and
actual Installation of material at the site. Monitoring consumption of
consumables and permanent project items.
14.Coordinating with site & HO for better & timely execution of work.
15.Participating in business development efforts by gathering and presenting a
variety of background data, making informal/formal presentations
