Key Deliverables
•Building up an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the University through Stakeholder Engagement
•Developed the University Policy for Entrepreneurship and Startups at UPES and NIFT Foundation
•Created and managed a portfolio of student ideas and business entities at UPES center for innovation & entrepreneurship through personal mentorship and mentorship management across five colleges of University leading to subsequent Incorporation.
•Developed Standard Operating Procedures along with associated Forms and Templates
•Develop a structure to funnel ideas to project plans, mentor, and support through all 3 phases of an idea, minimum viable product, and go to market strategy as part of learning and development
•Developed the Event Calendar for Entrepreneurial activities and Manage Budget
•Entrepreneurship Education across all schools of the University
•Implemented a Venture Ideation Program using Blackboard as an E-Learning tool for the spread of Entrepreneurship Education and as a feeder to UCIE
•Managed Visiting Professors and Entrepreneurs teaching the program from remote locations
•Impacted over 1500 students each year over the last three years
•Created a Deferred Placement Policy to support students wanting to develop Startups
•External Engagements with Governments and Chambers of Commerce
•Organized and Executed Startup Yatra to evangelize Entrepreneurship's spirit across Uttarakhand along with the State and Central Govt.
•Consulted state government through Chambers of Commerce for the creation of a startup policy for Uttrakhand.
•Mentored and led student interaction with private equity and venture capitalists at The India US Entrepreneurs Network (TIE) platform.
•Led university delegation in Uttrakhand America Entrepreneurs Exchange Summit at World Integrity Centre, Dehradun.
•Displayed university innovations at Vibrant Uttrakhand and other platforms.
•Evangelize the concept of entrepreneurship in the city of Dehradun by holding meetups in various colleges along with the Young Indians platform of the confederation of Indian industries.
